The two best ingredients for an oh so romantic engagement session? A super in love couple, and ocean waves. Hannah and Christian’s Topsail Island oceanside engagement session definitely checked those two boxes off. You’d have never guessed that there was a little chill in the air with how these two marched right through the best ocean waves.
The beach means so much to this sweet couple. Christian proposed at the beach and their beach engagement session location was definitely a sentimental one. These two met at church and became good friends a while before dating. I could tell right away that these two are SO sweet and absolutely meant for each other. They naturally cuddled together and were so sweet dancing and walking down the shore.
Hannah’s gorgeous green dress captured the green and blue tones of the sea beautifully, and the seafoam blue hues of the pier stood out radiantly. The tones of their engagement session are some of my favorite, and I’m so thankful I captured it on film to bring out those gorgeous colors.
I am beyond thankful that I get to join these two for their wedding in September of this year at Lockamy Plantation in Angier. After a weird year with no weddings and the stress of planning during a crazy time, I know September will come as a huge celebration for all of us!
